Simple Recipes for Healthy Weight Loss with HCG

It is always important to consider just what you should be eating on Phase 2, as this particular phase of the program requires extensive effort on the part of users to comply to the different guidelines. Hot and Sour Chicken Soup


  • 150 grams of diced chicken breast (leanest cut)
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of water
  • 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • ½ lemon cut into quarters with rind still attached
  • 1 clove of garlic minced and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons of minced onion
  • Cayenne pepper to your preference
  • Pinch of chili powder or red chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to your preference

Cooking Directions:
Boil the lemon wedges with their rinds with the 1 cup of water, just until the pulp comes falls out of the rind. Ensure that you remove any additional pulp and juice. In the chicken broth, add the diced chicken and vegetables. Simmer the emulsion until fully cooked.
Makes 1 serving (1 protein for Phase 2)


Gingered Beef


  • 150 grams of beef which you should cut into thin strips
  • ¼ cup of beef broth or water (preferred for dietary reasons)
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons of green onions (chopped)
  • ¼ teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic minced and crushed
  • Salt and pepper to preference

Cooking Directions:
Place all liquid ingredients (including broth) in with the ginger and onions and saute.  Add in the beef and stir fry gently. Add a little water periodically to deglaze the pan. Once you add in the chopped green onions sever it hot!
Makes 1 serving (1 protein serving for Phase 2)
